Tracking the impact of federal policy change

Healthy North Carolina 2030 (HNC 2030) identifies key public health indicators for our state. The State Health Improvement Plan has engaged statewide leaders in ongoing efforts to improve the health of North Carolinians through policies, programs, and systems related to these health indicators.

As provisions of the 119th Congress' House Resolution 1 (The One Big Beautiful Bill Act) take effect between 2025 and 2028, the NCIOM and partners are tracking impacts on North Carolinians, specifically how policy changes might impact key HNC 2030 indicators.
