Isabelle Borduas is an intern/research assistant with NCIOM conducting research into immigrant mental health outcomes and policies. Prior to this role, she served as an Administration and Policy Intern with Project SEARCH SC. She is currently in the Advanced Standing Program of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Masters of Social Work program to earn her MSW with a concentration in Macro Social Work. She completed her BSW at the University of South Carolina where she was very involved in the community and held multiple leadership roles. Her interests are in legislative action, policy, disability rights, and advocacy.
